FAQ

How long does my jewellery take to make?

We hand make all your jewellery in our workshop, so we ask for a lead time of 1-2 weeks. If your jewellery needs to be hallmarked, it will be an additional two weeks. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, with tracking information for you.

Bespoke pieces require a minimum of six weeks. Hannah will endeavour to meet any tight deadlines if she can so please do get in touch to discuss.

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

We post your pieces with full tracking information with Royal Mail. UK post is usually 1-2 working days and international post is 5-10 working days. We will provide you with full tracking information. All jewellery over £150.00 will automatically be send with Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next day by 1pm. This is also available as an upgrade.

Once the parcel leaves us, it is in the hands of Royal Mail. If the parcel takes longer than these timeframes to arrive, we can begin an investigation with Royal Mail, but please be aware this is at cost to us, so we would gratefully appreciate your patience.

How do I know what my ring size is?

The best way to size your ring, is to go to a local jeweller and have them measure you. Where this is not possible, we can send you a ring sizer for you for a small fee.

Can I order a piece with a different stone/material?

Yes of course you can! Just get in touch with us and we can create the perfect design of your dreams together. Just head to the 'Bespoke' section on the website.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. As most of our pieces are bespoke, we will not offer return or refunds expect in extreme circumstances.

My ring doesn't fit, what do I do?

We will resize your ring once free of charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the jewellery back tracked (as we cannot be held responsible for loss), and once we have resized your piece, we will contact you for payment to send it back to you.

Can I rush my order if it's for a special occasion/urgent deadline?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will be able to let you know. We may charge an additional fee.

What happens if my jewellery needs repairing?

Over time, it is likely your ring may need a repair due to every day wear and tear, especially any jewellery that has stones in. If it needs repairing within the first 12 months, then that will be free of charge. Anything over 12 months is considered normal wear and tear and will incur a fee.
